Outstanding freshness of the fish dishes
Super fresh fish dishes are our pride. Fish is kept fresh in the inside fish tank before preparation. The “conger eel sashimi,” not easily found at other restaurants, is sure to impress with its crispy texture and elegant flavor. Enjoy it with a wide variety of Hiroshima’s local sake. The Anago Tareyaki-don(bowl of rice with grilled conger eel)is sure to be satisfactory.
