昔ながらの手焼きにこだわった「福まんじゅう」は、もちもち食感の生地で、定番のあんこの他、カスタードやチョコなど10種類以上がそろう。葛粉で作る新食感のアイス「シャリもち葛バー」や、宮島で採取した蜂蜜を使った焼き菓子「宮島はちみつシリーズ」も名物。

“Fukumanju”, hand baked in the traditional way, has mochi-moch (isoftchewy) textureandcomeinmorethan10 different fillings including custard cream and chocolate, in addition to the standard anko(red bean paste). “Shari-mochi kudzu bar,” an ice cream with a new texture made from kudzu starch, and “Miyajima honey series, ” baked sweets with honey collected in Miyajima.
